Our South Melbourne facility is an indoor facility located at Mac Robertson Girls High School. We currently offer competitions for Futsal Indoor 5-a-side, Women’s Netball, and social casual hire.

Getting There
Tram
There are two tram routes that run to this facility, route 19 and route 58. Route 19 is the fastest tram that usually takes about 32 minutes from the city and you get off on Dawson St and thereafter just a short 6 minute walk. Tram route 58 takes a little longer, about 38 minutes, getting off on Dawson St/Grantham St and a little 6 minute walk.
Train
Unfortunately there are no trains that run towards this facility.
Parking
There is free parking available on Albert Road after 6PM on weeknights and on the weekends.
Competitions
– Indoor Futsal 5-a-side
Put your own team of 5 plus subs together or we’ll find a team for you. Futsal Central offers Indoor Futsal social competition for men and women at South Melbourne.
Whether you have played indoor soccer or Futsal previously or want to try for the first time we have a social competition standard that will be just right for you.

Court Hire
Our South Melbourne facility is a full size court which can be used for a variety of sports -netball, basketball, futsal, and racquet sports such as badminton and pickleball. When you make your booking could you please let us know what sport you are interested in so that we can set up accordingly. There’s a field in the online form for this. You can email us at info@localsportsgroup.com.au for more information if you need it.
Cost: $70 per hour – 1.5 hour minimum
At least 48 hour notice is needed for online bookings and 24 hours for on-call bookings.
If require a court for a sport or activity outside of the sports listed please contact us directly on 9696 6900. If a booking or activity is not suitable for the venue it may be cancelled without refund.
